Social recovery from armed conflict; schooling, health and development at community and policy level; learning, knowledge and practice; children and young people; gender, generation, mobility and marginalisation; HIV/AIDS - social aspects of prevention, care and treatment, and, ethnography of medical trials of anti-retro-viral treatment; and, qualitative methodology and epistemology.
